Bernie Mac And Issac Hayes Are Now Dead

Previously, I’ve written about Harvey Korman’s, Tim Russert’s and George Carlin’s deaths.

Now Bernie Mac and Isaac Hayes are dead.  I don’t recall another swath of time that included so many deaths of so many well-respected and/or creative, talented people. I loved Bernie Mac. He was a true rags to riches story. And Isaac Hayes was just iconic. What a shame.

It really drives home the point I was trying to make in this post about how life can indeed be a fragile and ephemeral thing.
